Orient Express to reopen between Paris and Istanbul

The French company Accor is restoring the famous Orient Express. Trains between Paris and Istanbul may start running in 2025.

The classic Orient Express ran the route until 1977. Not so long ago, his old carriages were accidentally found at a Polish railway station. Accor decided to repair them and bring them back to life. Design studio Maxime d’Angeac was involved in the project.

The train is planned to be used, including for tourist purposes. Some firms are already developing their routes.
