Freedom Surf School
The first in this series of Beyond Bookings is Freedom Surf School. Based in Tramore, Co Waterford, Freedom provide Surf & Adventure Activities,School Educational Programmes & Over Night Stays for Corporate and Community Groups. Based in a traditional, white washed cottage where the owner and life long surfer Billy Butler was born. This outdoor facility maintains an old world vibe while incorporating indoor activity lecture rooms, hot showers & changing rooms, a beach art gallery and coffee doc. Billy Butler (Managing Director) and his qualified team of surf & activity instructors, language teachers and ecologists enjoy sharing their love of the out doors. They believe in giving their customers a unique experience through personal attention to detail. Drawing on 35 years of outdoor experience and knowledge, the team provide activities in a safe and fun environment. The centre is approved by the Irish Surfing Association and sponsored by Billabong
Working with Vivit
Billy wanted to increase the reach of Freedom Surf School and contacted Vivit Booking Solutions to discuss the possibility of taking bookings online through the Freedom website. After discussing the requirements with Billy and gaining more of an understanding about his business needs, Vivit customised the Freedom Surf School website and integrated the booking software, Rezgo, to allow Freedom to take bookings on their website.
