carbon footprint of their travels

Booking.com will educate travelers about the carbon footprint of their travels

Booking.com has partnered with climate technology specialists Chooose. Together they are going to educate travelers about the carbon footprint of their trips.

In the first phase of the partnership, the service will begin to provide transparent information about emissions associated with booking accommodation and flights. “We want to make it easier for everyone to experience the world in a more environmentally friendly way,” the company commented.

Later, online options will appear on the platform, with the help of which it will be possible to offset CO2 emissions from travel.

“We are proud to have partnered with Booking.com to make carbon information more accessible and useful to people around the world. Through partnerships, we can turn sustainable intentions into more concrete sustainable actions,” Chooose says of the agreement.
